Role Description:
- To deliver high-quality design & drawing portfolios in a timely manner.
- Ownership of Statutory drawings for Mumbai and Mumbai Region projects.
- Ensure adherence to project activity budgets.
- Grow professionally and facilitate professional growth and development of the reporting team.
- Provide timely and complete design solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for quality of design portfolio of entrusted projects.
- Create award-winning creative designs.
- Prepare comprehensive design portfolios throughout the design process.
- Make internal presentations of Concept designs.
- Coordinate with sub-consultants and design support services.
- Responsible for Edifices scope related to preparation of Statutory submission drawings.
- Ensure efficient project delivery and planned resourcing.
- Grow professionally and facilitate team growth.
- Ensure no client escalations on account of design coordination or documentation errors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor and Masters in Interior Design required.
Wide experience in Interior space with 5 to 10 years expertise in Architectural projects (Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare) and proficiency in Revit preferred.
