Visual Design Assistant Position

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic organization as a Visual Design Assistant. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for helping us develop and implement visually appealing designs that reflect the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating social media content, including static posts and engaging visual storytelling for various platforms.
  • Designing high-quality creatives for marketplaces and ad campaigns.
  • Experimenting with design trends, typography, and color palettes to strengthen brand presence.
  • Developing packaging designs for products, labels, and design elements.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, Canva, or similar).
  • Passion for design & branding, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Creativity in balancing beauty + functionality in every design.
  • Ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms (social media, ads, marketplaces).
  • Prior experience (internships, freelance, or college projects) as a designer is a plus.
  • Consistency & reliability – We want someone serious about creating meaningful work.
  • Proactive & self-motivated – Can take ownership of projects without constant follow-up.
  • Eagerness to learn & experiment – Open to feedback, willing to try new design trends.
  • Time management & discipline – Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks smoothly.
  • Team player mindset – Comfortable collaborating with marketing and content teams.
