Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Executive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in HR metrics and analysis
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and software
  • Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
