Strategic Learning Leader

We are seeking a strategic learning leader to drive our organization's capability, leadership development, and talent readiness. This role will spearhead the creation and execution of Management Development Centers (MDCs), Assessment Centers, and Capability Building Frameworks aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement a pan-India L&D strategy aligned with business transformation and growth.
  • Management Development: Establish and operationalize Management Development Centres and Assessment Centres for leadership pipeline development.
  • Capability Building: Drive organizational capability building across technical, behavioural, and leadership domains.

Talent & Leadership Development:

  • Succession Planning: Develop and execute succession planning frameworks and high-potential talent programs.
  • Learning Journeys: Create customized learning journeys for different employee segments (shop floor to senior leadership).
  • Executive Coaching: Lead executive coaching, mentoring, and career pathing initiatives.

Learning Infrastructure & Innovation:

  • Digital Learning Platforms: Integrate digital learning platforms (LMS, LXPs, mobile learning) across locations.
  • Blended Learning: Promote blended learning models including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.
  • AI & Analytics: Leverage AI and analytics for learning impact measurement and personalization.

Governance & ROI:

  • L&D Budget: Define and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • KPIs & Reporting: Establish KPIs for learning effectiveness and report outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory and industry-specific training mandates.

Desired Profile:

  • Qualifications: MSW/MBA / PGDM in HR or Organizational Development (Tier 1/2 institute preferred)
  • Experience: 10–18 years in L&D, out of which at least 5 years in automotive or manufacturing sector
  • Skills: Strategic thinking with strong execution capability, expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, analytical mindset with ability to measure and communicate learning impact, passion for innovation and continuous improvement
