Job Title: Senior MS Dynamics 365 Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant with strong expertise in customization, configuration, workflows, and plug-in development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM solutions, debugging, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and debug plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript customizations to improve system efficiency.
  • Work with managed/unmanaged solutions and handle solution components effectively.
  • Implement business process automation and troubleshoot CRM issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4–8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of plug-ins, workflows, and managed/unmanaged solutions.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL (string map base, debugging techniques).
  • Experience with CRM security roles, customizations, and form scripting.
  • Ability to debug CRM components (JavaScript, plugins, workflows).
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of Azure integrations and Dataverse.
