The position of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the administration, configuration, and maintenance of D365 systems.

  • Overall management, optimization, troubleshooting, and resolution of system-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implementation of project leads, integrations, migrations, and design deployment of new IT Applications, systems, and services.
  • Performance monitoring of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, making recommendations for improving current business processes and controls.
  • Analyzing business requirements by partnering with stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Troubleshooting software applications related to internal IT applications.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 IT professional with expertise in Finance & Operation, Microsoft Azure Cloud, S & D, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts & Finance Modules.
  • Leading and managing large IT projects and implementing IT ERP Applications and infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Cloud.
