ERP Program Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong organizational and coordination skills to support large-scale ERP programs, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. This role requires proactive management, effective issue tracking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
- Evaluate risks and dependencies to inform leadership.
- Assign clear ownership for all action items.
- Support program governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Catalyze collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management or coordination.
- A deep understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue tracking.
- Skillful prioritization, risk evaluation, and escalation management.
