Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Estimate efforts around multiple approaches and narrate the pros and cons of each implementation.
  • Develop and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implement integrations with external systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
