Global Mobility Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to collaborate closely with students on their overseas journey. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure seamless transitions from admission to visa and ultimately to new life abroad.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison for assigned students after registration, providing dedicated support throughout their application process.
  • Collect and verify necessary documents for university applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Submit applications to partner universities and track progress, maintaining open communication channels with students and stakeholders.
  • Guide students in making tuition fee payments, facilitating smooth financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with the visa team to lodge study permit/visa applications, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
  • Assist students with post-admission needs such as accommodation arrangements, providing valuable guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups, guaranteeing efficient service delivery.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome (training provided) - we value talent and potential.
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional regional/foreign languages are a plus) - effective communication is key to our success.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple student cases simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.

  • Basic sales/negotiation skills to encourage timely tuition fee payments, promoting mutually beneficial outcomes.
