About the Role:

We seek an aggressive, results-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of driving 3X+ return on ad spend. The ideal candidate will have helped startups scale to $100 million or more in revenue with their strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and optimize paid campaigns on Meta to drive performance and meet business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign execution: creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting and budget management.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research and leverage Meta's targeting tools to ensure campaigns reach the right people.
Requirements:
  • Meta Ads Certification (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, click-through rate and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Meta Blueprint Certification or equivalent advanced credentials.
  • Experience with advanced ad formats like dynamic ads and Instagram stories ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or third-party analytics platforms.
