**Digital Marketing Strategist Needed**

Nitori is Japan's leading home furnishings brand, with a mission to improve the quality of life at home. As we expand rapidly across Southeast Asia – including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and India – we are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to help us scale digital performance across multiple markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

Manage and scale advertising budgets ranging from $50,000 to $300,000+ per month

Monitor campaign performance and conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and in-platform tools

Analyze data, identify trends, and continuously improve ROAS and CPA

Collaborate with local eCommerce, content, and creative teams to align messaging with business goals

Build and manage multi-market media strategies tailored to local behaviors and insights

**Requirements**

3–5+ years of direct experience managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns

Demonstrated success managing budgets over $100,000/month

Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance optimization

Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup

Experience in Southeast Asian markets (SG, MY, TH, ID) is a strong plus

Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a bonus
