Job Overview:
Human Resources Manager RoleThis position oversees all aspects of the Human Resource function, encompassing talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR operations, policies compliance, and data reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment for diverse teams, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, foster a healthy work culture, and maintain high employee engagement levels.
- Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, set KPIs aligned with business objectives, and support career advancement.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, coordinate programs for sales, warehouse, and support staff.
- HR Operations: Manage payroll inputs, attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Policies & Compliance: Draft and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and regulations.
- Employee Retention: Drive motivation programs, reduce attrition, and promote long-term retention in retail operations.
- HR Data & Reporting: Maintain HR MIS, generate reports on headcount, attrition, and manpower planning.
Requirements:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software.
- Ability to manage diverse workforce including sales, warehouse, and support staff.
