We are seeking a seasoned growth expert to spearhead customer acquisition through our referral program. This key role will be part of the organic growth marketing team and will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies for the referral program, optimizing performance through A/B testing and reward structure experimentations.">
  • Manage and scale the largest channel of new customer acquisitions, focusing on lowering overall cost of customer acquisition.">
  • Analyse metrics to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC, assessing industry trends to maintain competitive advantage in referral programs.">
  • Collaborate with product, tech & creative teams to create seamless app experience for referrals.">
  • Develop and implement personalized multi-channel communication (email, in-app, push, WhatsApp) to boost awareness, engagement, and CTR.">
  • Create and optimize nurturing journeys through the funnel to improve lead rates, referrals, and reviews.">

Requirements:

">

5-8 years of experience working in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals.

">

Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, and messaging platforms such as Gupshup, Kaleyra.

Passionate about mining customer insight, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

">

Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills.

">

Assessing and analysing customer data and behaviour to optimise app flows to improve engagement and conversions is also a requirement.
