Role: Billing and Patient Accounts Manager

We seek a highly skilled billing professional to handle patient accounts with accuracy, ensuring timely cashless approvals and claims processing, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Billing Processes: Handle in-patient and out-patient billing with precision and accuracy.
  • TPA Coordination: Work closely with insurance companies, TPAs, and patients for smooth cashless approvals and claims processing.
  • Bill Preparation and Verification: Prepare and verify bills, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
  • Follow-up and Problem-solving: Follow up on pending claims, denials, and settlements, and demonstrate strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with doctors, patients, and internal departments for timely billing closure and support audits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of hospital billing/TPA experience.
  • Skills: Knowledge of insurance processes, coding, and hospital billing systems, good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati), and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
