Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counselling, or hospital coordination
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • A patient-first attitude with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (preferred)
