Paralegal Role

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Legal and Compliance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in handling contracts, agreements, and regulatory compliance. This includes drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents such as NDAs, MoUs, contracts, and vendor/customer agreements.

In addition, the Paralegal will conduct research on laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to aerospace, defense, labor laws, and corporate governance. They will also maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and case files in a systematic manner.

To ensure compliance with government regulations, export control laws, and defense sector policies, the Paralegal will track contract lifecycles, deadlines, and renewals. Furthermore, they will prepare briefs, summaries, and legal correspondence for internal stakeholders and assist in policy drafting and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field, and 5-8 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Associate, or in a corporate legal team. They should possess strong understanding of contract management and corporate legal processes, as well as familiarity with defense/aerospace regulations, compliance, or government contracting.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Associate, or in a corporate legal team.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and corporate legal processes.
  • Familiarity with defense/aerospace regulations, compliance, or government contracting is advantageous.
