Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of contracts to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and record contract documentation to guarantee best-in-class execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze contract terms and conditions, develop educational materials, and more.
  • Coordinate contract performance reviews, track obligation fulfillment, arrange corrective actions, and facilitate negotiations for contract changes, renewals, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in business administration, management, finance, computer science, or law.
  • Experience or understanding of contract/claim management with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
  • Knowledge of IT and procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with multicultural management and international/cross-cultural environments.
  • Professionalism in contract management and ethical standards.
  • Teamwork abilities with resourcefulness and respect for diversity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Analytical thinking with a knack for identifying pragmatic solutions.
