Job Title: Senior Project Manager – eLearning Solutions

This strategic and hands-on role involves owning end-to-end project execution for custom learning solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will work with global clients, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time with outstanding quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers.
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation.
  • Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results.
  • Optimize resource utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions.
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space.
  • Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Instructional Design is a strong advantage.
  • PMI or equivalent Project Management Certification highly desirable.
