Learning Solutions Expert

The Senior Manager – Learning Solutions & Consulting will lead the design, delivery, and orchestration of cutting-edge learning solutions.

  • Solution Design & Technical Leadership
    • Lead the development of innovative learning solutions integrating instructional design principles and modern technologies.
    • Create engaging learning experiences by translating complex content into interactive formats (storyboards, simulations, and blended learning).
    • Ensure consistency across all learning materials to maximize learner engagement and retention.
    • Align solutions with client business objectives, goals, and measurable impact.
  • Client Management & Delivery
    • Manage large-scale client engagements requiring technical expertise and strategic vision.
    • Oversee project delivery teams, timelines, budgets, and profitability while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
    • Mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital assets (videos, decks, assessments, captions).
    • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, positioning as a trusted advisor.
  • Business Development & Growth
    • Partner with account teams to develop and execute expansion strategies.
    • Design and pitch innovative learning solutions and consulting services to senior executives.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance learning solutions and expand consulting services across portfolios.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Building
    • Mentor and develop consultants and project teams in consulting, instructional design, and client management capabilities.
    • Develop organizational capability in emerging learning technologies and digital-first instructional design.
    • Qualifications & Experience
      • Education: Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
      • Experience: 10–12 years in learning & development consulting, instructional design, or enterprise education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
      • Skills: Strong expertise in instructional design, competency frameworks, assessment tools, and digital learning platforms (LMS, video-based learning, mobile learning).
      • Certifications: Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or consulting (preferred).
