Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital operations for political or election campaigns.

  • This role involves planning and executing end-to-end digital campaigns, including managing social media strategy, content calendars, and paid campaigns.
  • You will oversee graphic/video teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives and track analytics to optimize reach across platforms.
  • The successful candidate will also coordinate with field teams for real-time digital amplification and provide leadership to the team.

About the Role:

  • Prior experience as a digital campaign manager in the political or election space is essential.
  • The candidate should be fluent in Marathi (spoken and written) and have hands-on experience with social media tools, ad dashboards, and analytics.
