Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and processing orders in SAP/C4C, handling customer inquiries/complaints, and maintaining perfect order fulfillment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and process Equipment, Media, and Consumables Orders in SAP/C4C ensuring accurate invoicing.
  • Handle customer queries/complaints, escalating complex issues to Subject Matter Experts/Team Leads when necessary.
  • Maintain Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) by ensuring accurate order inputs (customer code, pricing, quantity, products, etc.).
  • Monitor invoicing and timely delivery at the customer site.
  • Release orders from credit hold in collaboration with the Credit Team.
  • Remove order blocks requiring coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Interact with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams for product availability and inform customers on order status.
  • Create financial documents in SAP as per business case.
  • Collect relevant documents from Logistics and trigger the invoicing process.
  • Work closely with Field teams/Sales operations to resolve issues outside the Business Owner's scope.
