Strategic Order Coordinator

As a Strategic Order Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order fulfillment for regional sales teams, ensuring timely resolution and validation of demand over time.
  • Assign priority to orders/customers, validate POs available, LCs required, regulatory clearances, artwork details, SKU codes, IL checks, and min shelf-life requirements.
  • Analyze order status in systems, gather information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules, highlighting potential issues that may affect defined timelines.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for regions, driving documentation related to shipments with cross-functional teams.
  • Mitigate risks/delays proactively to incur no demurrage/penalties on shipments, attending relevant meetings to get data and information on open orders and their status updates.
  • Identify issues (artwork approval, batch size, minimum order quantity) to be resolved/approved/exempt by sales teams, arranging cross-functional meetings to resolve bottleneck-related priority orders.
  • Gather feedback from timely resolution of issues with concerned stakeholders, identifying outstanding/open orders for defined priority customers, analyzing issues needing immediate escalations to cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize orders/customers based on defined parameters, identify key stakeholders to engage in resolving outstanding issues, and provide detailed analysis on outstanding orders for discussions with senior management.
  • Supply Chain Technology and Automation:
  • Identify opportunities for implementing IT & Automation in Order Management processes, improving Supply Chain visibility, and drive the implementation and rollout cycle for all IT & Technology Automations within SCM jointly with IT teams.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI), good understanding with experience of Supply Chain essential, preferably Pharma.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions, SAP Knowledge Essential, strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail, effective communication skills.
  • Decision-making ability, prioritize on a dynamic basis, negotiation skills/conflict resolution, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work around constraints, plant PPIC concepts clarity prior experience essential.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
