ServiceNow Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. They will be responsible for developing ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions to support telecom order management processes
  • Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments
  • Provide support for UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes
  • Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module
  • Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal
  • Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment
  • Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides
