Job Overview

As an Implementation Head, you will lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of global implementation operations.

This role is responsible for defining and executing the global implementation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and rapid growth trajectories. You will lead strategic planning, capacity management, and geographic expansion initiatives, championing continuous evolution of implementation philosophies.

You will enable and track value realization across projects under your span, unlocking desired outcomes from transformations within defined scope and budget parameters.

Maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at enterprise client organizations, acting as the apex representation for resolution of complex technical and business challenges that arise during large-scale deployments.

Lead and inspire distributed teams of consultants, solution architects, and engagement managers across multiple time zones. Build and scale high-performing teams through strategic hiring, comprehensive onboarding, and continuous professional development.

Contribute to revenue growth through successful implementations that drive client retention and expansion opportunities. Support sales activities by providing implementation expertise during pre-sales processes.

Key qualifications include a Master's degree in business administration or equivalent, 12+ years of progressive experience in HR/HR Consulting/HRMS Delivery or Customer Success, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large/complex enterprise transformation initiatives.

Required skills include tech savviness, deep interests in adopting new technologies for process improvements, strong understanding of global HR practices, and outstanding executive presence with ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and senior decision makers.
