Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead the transformation of our P&C insurance business in North America, the UK, and Australia.

This leadership position requires global experience and a proven ability to deliver complex, high-impact transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance Industry, preferably in the P&C domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across all domains.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO Organization.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
