We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our transformation efforts. The Vice President will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to transform our organization, leading structured programs aligned with business goals, client expectations, and growth objectives.

As the leader of our transformation team, you will drive future-ready operating models focusing on efficiency, agility, and digital enablement. You will collaborate with our Digital COE and IT teams to embed automation (RPA), AI/ML, and advanced analytics into core delivery. This includes evaluating and deploying tools such as UiPath, Power BI, QBO, Sage, and Xero to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise-Wide Transformation Strategy:
    • Develop end-to-end roadmaps across Finance & Accounting domains.
    • Drive future-ready operating models focusing on efficiency, agility, and digital enablement.
  • Digital & Intelligent Automation:
    • Collaborate with Digital COE and IT to embed automation (RPA), AI/ML, and advanced analytics into core delivery.
    • Evaluate and deploy tools such as UiPath, Power BI, QBO, Sage, and Xero to streamline operations.
  • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:
    • Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality, reduce cycle time, and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Institutionalize best practices and frameworks for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management:
    • Lead transformation governance forums with CXOs, service line leaders, and external clients.
    • Manage organizational change by aligning people, processes, and technology.
  • Program & Performance Management:
    • Establish PMO frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress, risks, and ROI.
  • Capability Building & Leadership Development:
    • Mentor and develop internal transformation talent; build a culture of innovation and accountability.

We require an individual with 10-15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting transformation in a BPM/KPO or shared services environment. A proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation and change programs across global clients is essential. Strong understanding of US accounting standards, CPA practices, and small/medium business client dynamics is also required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills. Exposure to global service delivery models and cross-border client engagements is desirable. Additionally, deep experience and preferred certification in Lean Six Sigma, RPA tools, F&A platforms, BI/analytics, and CRM/Engagement are highly valued.
