About Our Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives and drive successful project delivery from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning
  • Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for large technical projects
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery
  • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams
  • Coordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering large technical projects on time and within budget
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teams
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management

Technical Skills:

  • Jira/Azure DevOps
  • Git and version control systems
  • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
  • Agile project management frameworks
  • Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace
  • Project tracking and reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of web technologies and databases

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
  • Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role
  • Experience with enterprise software development and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools
  • Experience with remote/distributed team management
  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics
