Establish a strong presence in the healthcare industry by driving business growth and shaping success as a Senior Sales Professional.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building lasting partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and approach key decision-makers at healthcare facilities to promote our B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Present our solutions to owners, directors, and CXOs, clearly demonstrating ROI through cost savings and increased revenue.
  • Sales Closure & Revenue Growth: Negotiate contracts and subscription plans, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts, and share market insights to inform sales strategy.

Candidate Profile – Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the healthcare SaaS, diagnostics, pharma, or related industries.
  • Track Record: Proven success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the needs of healthcare service providers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: Self-driven, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
