Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key accounts manager, you will be responsible for marketing the company's services and products to hospitals, doctors, and potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Market the company's services and products to hospitals, doctors, and potential customers.
  • Telephonic and in-person counseling of prospects to fix appointments.
  • Give presentations to clients and enroll them.
  • Conduct prenatal education and other health activities in collaboration with clinics and hospitals.
  • Ensure complete service to the client from enrollment to delivery.
  • Create awareness programs and handle promotional activities.
  • Identify new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities.
  • Handle customer-related enquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to travel within the city and occasionally outside.
