As a Sales Expert, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative healthcare products to medical professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure comprehensive coverage of key specialties, delivering scientific information and knowledge on our products and relevant disease conditions. This will involve adding value to the prescribing process through effective pre- and post-call planning tailored to specific healthcare provider (HCP) requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure regular delivery of scientific information and knowledge on our products and relevant disease conditions
- Develop and maintain territory performance data and build doctor and chemist profiles for effective territory management
- Maintain and reconcile monthly inventory of all inputs and samples
- Provide timely reporting as per established systems and processes
- Cultivate strong relationships with the global team and regional stakeholders to drive overall business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and relevant regulations is also essential.
Requirements- Science or Commerce graduate (B Pharm, B Sc, M Pharm, MSc)
- 2-7 years of experience in a pharma or FMCG environment
