Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to fill this role. Key responsibilities include greeting, assisting and communicating with customers about product ranges, styles, new innovations and store promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing effective selling techniques to increase sales and adhering to retail standards.
  • Achieve set sales targets by ensuring all merchandise has bar-codes and maintaining carton-free floor.
  • Maintain display of received stocks, fold garments and stack them correctly.
  • Contribute to shrinkage control through the recovery of merchandise from trial rooms and cashcounters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12th pass.
  • Age between 18 and 28 years.
  • 6 days working week (with one day off between Monday to Thursday).
