Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion: Offer detailed information about products, highlighting their features and benefits to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Effectively operate POS systems for billing and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial dealings.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic IT issues related to billing, POS systems, and printing, providing prompt solutions to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
  • Inventory and Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  1. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction and internal communication.
  2. Immediate Availability: Must be available to start immediately, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules as needed.
  3. Computer Proficiency: Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems, billing software, printers, and troubleshooting common technical issues, is crucial for success in this role.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Education: Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HS)
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Retail, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or luxury products
  • Skills and Qualities: Tech-savvy, customer-oriented, and dependable, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
