Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary:- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Business Development team as a Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
The successful Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitability through the development of new businesses and the retention of existing businesses within assigned accounts. They will analyze customers' current supply chain needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers' requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development and acquisition of new large national and global customers in line with organization growth and go-to-market strategies.
- Focusing on long-term sustainable business strategies, including RFQs and long-term contracts.
- Developing and implementing sound retention strategies, utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business and securing contract agreements from previously non-contracted customers.
- Controlling revenue by maximizing profits through price strategies, margin control, and mitigating customer loss.
- Presentation of a complete portfolio of services to customers to penetrate revenue and volume streams.
- Achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, including customer acquisition, volume growth, revenue growth, and gross profit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master in Business Management/additional diploma in Sales and Marketing preferable.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant international corporate sales experience in a similar industry.
- Professional selling skills, consultative selling techniques expert.
- Customer satisfaction and objection handling skills for maintenance and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Researching resources, including current customers, periodicals, competitors, etc., to identify sales opportunities and obtain contact information.
