Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to manage our legal and regulatory framework.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of international trade laws, data privacy regulations, and export control requirements.

To excel in this role, you must be proactive in staying informed on global trade regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and frameworks. Your attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing regulations will be invaluable in driving our business forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Review and negotiate agreements to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and align with our company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in compliance and risk management.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in international trade laws, data privacy regulations, and export control requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
