Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leadership professional to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing eCommerce platforms. As an expert in modern technologies, you will design and oversee the integration of innovative solutions to drive business growth.

  • Ensure seamless integration with SEO tools, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other performance tracking mechanisms to enhance user experience.
  • Design and manage integrations such as payment gateways like Adyen and fraud prevention services like Riskified to mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of challenges.
Team Management Expertise

As a seasoned leader, you will mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews and the use of tools like Sonar for maintaining code quality.

  • Lead and collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and other departments to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical tasks and solutions that drive results.
Project Management Skills

You will plan, execute, and deliver Agile projects on time and within scope, maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise in breaking down business requirements into actionable technical tasks and managing their execution will be invaluable to our organization.

  • Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise-class eCommerce platforms to deliver robust solutions.
eCommerce Expertise

With a deep understanding of multi-country, multi-site eCommerce platforms, you will address challenges like localization, regulatory compliance, and seamless user experience. Your ability to design systems that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements will be essential to our success.

  • Develop expertise in designing and implementing headless API architectures and integrations to drive innovation and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong technical expertise in modern front-end technologies, including proficiency in and , as well as knowledge of headless API architectures and integrations.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing multi-country, multi-site eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise-class eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, GA4, and GTM.
