Job Title: Ecommerce Integration SpecialistAs an Ecommerce Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for managing merchant account integrations and collaborating with product and tech teams to drive smooth ecommerce experiences.Key Deliverables:
  1. Manage merchant account integration and collaborate with product and tech teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  2. Audit and enhance existing processes to automate merchant integration challenges.
  3. Provide technical solutions and support to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and integration.
Role Responsibilities:
  1. Understand ecommerce product flows, requirements, and technical issues to provide effective solutions.
  2. Take ownership of ecommerce issues and drive them to resolution through collaborative efforts.
  3. Participate in meetings with ecommerce tech/business teams for requirement gathering and solution implementation.
