Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions to handle retail volumes and complexity
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of cloud-based ecommerce platforms, with preference for at least 2 cloud-based platform
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms (e.g. Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
Order Management & Systems Integration:
  • Architect integration solutions connecting ecommerce platform with: Inventory management systems, Payment processing platforms, Customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse management systems (WMS), Third-party logistics providers and fulfillment partners
  • Implement comprehensive Order Management Systems (OMS) tailored for grocery operations
Technical Leadership:
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Provide guidance on best practices for ecommerce platform selection and implementation
  • Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements
Requirements:

You must have minimum 10 years of hands-on ecommerce experience with demonstrable track record of successful implementations. You must also have proven experience with at least 2 cloud-based ecommerce platforms.

Technical Expertise:
  • Headless commerce architecture design and implementation
  • Order Management Systems configuration and customization
  • Systems integration experience including APIs, middleware, and data synchronization
Additional Skills:
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate complex technical challenges
