
Call Center Agent

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries and providing effective solutions.
You will manage B2B interactions as required and ensure first-call resolution and maintain customer satisfaction standards. You will work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and be willing to work in 24×7 rotational shifts from the office.
A minimum of 1+ year of International Voice Experience is required along with excellent communication skills. Full-time 15 years of education with valid degree certificates and marksheets is also a must. Any Graduate is preferred, and immediate joiners will be given preference.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- International Voice Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills (SVAR C1 / CRT score: 72% and above)
- Ability to Work in Rotational Shifts
- Fulfillment of 15 Years of Education with Valid Degree Certificates and Mark Sheets
- Work Mode: Work from Office
