Job Title - Chief Executive Officer

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D, while ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and implement the company's long-term vision and growth roadmap.
- Lead product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
- Identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
- Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices.
- Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
- Financial & Business Performance:
- Own and deliver the P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer base.
- People Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing executive and management team.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
- Stakeholder & Market Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
- Represent the business as a leader in the industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
