Key responsibilities include overseeing academic programs, developing strategic plans, and aligning institutional processes with the school's mission. This involves designing high-quality curricula that meet global governance standards and are comparable to the best in the country. Additionally, you will lead social initiatives such as National Leadership Conclave, Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad, and National Women's Parliament. You will also plan manpower needs and recruit high-calibre faculty to ensure effective teaching, research, and consultancy activities.

  • Strong character, resilience, and a 'can-do' attitude in managing complex portfolios.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and deliver operationally, manage finances, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including persuasive presentations and written reports.
  • Experience managing complex projects, engaging with government officials, and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Physical stamina and mobility sufficient to move about the work environment.
  • A proven record as a team player, demonstrating high emotional intelligence, presence, and gravitas.

Qualification & Experience:

  • PhD in Political Science/Public Policy/Law.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in academic leadership.
  • Age less than 50 years as on the date of appointment.
