Job Title

Peoplesoft Techno Functional Consultant

Job Description:
  • This role focuses on a 80:20 split of functional and technical expertise, enabling you to perform a wide range of activities independently.
  • You will be responsible for supporting biweekly payroll runs and handling day-to-day tickets using HRHD/JIRA promptly.
  • Additionally, you should have the ability to troubleshoot production issues and work effectively as a part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role.
  • Furthermore, you will be required to configure PeopleSoft absence/new configuration based on business requirements and document functional designs, business requirement documents, configurations, and processes for future reference and training purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Functional skills: Familiarity with the PeopleSoft Absence module, PS query, SQL.
  • Technical skills: Comfortable working with mass data for analysis during payroll week, ability to troubleshoot production issues, knowledge of Application engine, peoplecode, Component interface, SQR.
  • Ability to handle day-to-day tickets using HRHD/JIRA, create and execute test cases to validate configuration and customizations, ensuring they meet business needs and are error-free.
