The role of PSFT Technical Specialist is crucial in driving the implementation and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications. This position requires a deep understanding of the system and its functionalities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with PSFT, with a proven track record of providing technical support in design, development, testing, and deployment of PeopleSoft applications.
  • They will be responsible for implementing change requests as per change management policies and procedures, as well as performing system modifications and enhancements based on business needs.
  • The ideal candidate will also review and recommend improvements to current PS processes, coordinate with project managers to develop project plans and determine resource requirements, and maintain project technical documentations for management review.
  • In addition, they will provide production support for Peoplesoft applications, analyze and resolve problem tickets in a timely manner, and provide support in UAT and bug fixing activities.
