Software Specialist

">Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PeopleSoft applications.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain software applications within the HCM and NA Payroll modules using PeopleTools, SQL, and Application Engine.
  • Take ownership of SQR development and maintenance projects, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and well-documented.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams to quickly understand project standards, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Work in US shift hours to provide direct support to clients and ensure timely resolution of issues.
">Required Skills & Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • 3-5 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years of relevant, hands-on experience as a software developer.
  • Solid technical knowledge and practical experience with PeopleSoft HCM and NA Payroll.
  • High proficiency in SQR development, SQL, and Application Engine.
  • Strong skills in using PeopleTools.
">Preferred Skills:

The following skills are preferred but not required:

  • Experience with other PeopleSoft modules, such as FSCM or Campus Solutions.
  • Knowledge of other PeopleSoft technologies, including PeopleCode and Integration Broker.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades or patching projects.
