Job Summary : PeopleSoft SQR Developer Hybrid model.

Locations : All Deloitte USI (Gurugram, HR/ Bangalore, KA/ Mumbai, MH/ Chennai, TN/ Hyderabad, TG/ Kolkata, WB).

Position Overview :

The PeopleSoft SQR Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex reports using SQR (Structured Query Reporter) within the PeopleSoft environment.

This role requires deep expertise in SQR programming, PeopleSoft data structures, and report generation to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Report Development :

- Design, code, test, and implement complex SQR reports based on business requirements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements Analysis :

- Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Data Extraction & Transformation :

- Extract data from PeopleSoft modules (such as HR, Finance, or Campus Solutions) and perform necessary data transformations for reporting purposes.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize SQR code and SQL queries for performance, scalability, and & Support :

- Provide production support for existing SQR reports, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain technical documentation for SQR reports, including data mappings, logic flows, and user instructions.

Integration :

- Work with other PeopleSoft tools (such as Application Engine, PS Query, and PeopleCode) to integrate reporting solutions as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Extensive hands-on experience developing complex SQR reports in a PeopleSoft environment.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts (preferably Oracle or SQL Server).

- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft data models and table structures.

- Experience with PeopleSoft modules (HRMS, Financials, or Campus Solutions).

- Familiarity with PeopleSoft development tools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, PS Query).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and data migrations.

- Exposure to other reporting tools (Crystal Reports, BI Publisher).

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft security and workflow.

Note :

- Need good hands on experience on SQR with minimum 8 years of experience.

- Notice period 30 days.
