We are seeking a proactive technical specialist to manage all service-related activities for Core and Chromatography systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes retention, and increases profitability.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Provide field service and customer support during field visits, in-house visits, and dispatches.
  • Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks efficiently.
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions effectively.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports, ensuring correct documentation of all processes.
  • Understand customer requirements and make informed recommendations and briefings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Safely operate a vehicle and use field automation systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Electronics, Electrical, and Instrumentation, or a similar field.
  • Proven field service experience, with a focus on LPLC and HPLC product segments. Overall chromatography experience is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
