You will be responsible for leading projects through the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project expectations are met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Transforming incoming project requests into detailed specifications and requirements
  • Reviewing requirements with stakeholders to gain consensus before project commencement
  • Managing project scope, schedule, and quality
  • Collaborating with our Enterprise team on projects requiring integration between systems
  • Presenting project deliverables to stakeholders

You will need to possess strong influencing skills, effective communication, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor while resolving system outages or feature failures.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A related university degree or college diploma, or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a strong track record of success
  • The ability to work US hours and collaborate with US stakeholders
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience
  • Strong organizational and English communication skills
