Job Title: Project Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Development Lead to join our team.

As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for leading multiple renovation and fitout projects from inception to completion.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional outcomes on complex, high-value projects by ensuring clear thinking, decisive leadership, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction.
  • Day-to-day management of internal teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve safe, timely, and on-budget completion with international quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit out projects.
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation management.
