Job Summary

The Agile Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading software development initiatives, overseeing the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), and ensuring seamless execution across distributed teams. This key position drives Agile ceremonies, collaborates closely with stakeholders, and champions software development best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master.
  • Manage PDLC – from requirements gathering to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams, including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
