Job Title:

A Quality Assurance Professional is sought after to lead the development, modification and execution of software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated and manual test cases for Salesforce applications and related systems.
  • Design, develop and execute functional, regression and integration test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Create and run automation test scripts using Tosca.
  • Conduct API testing using Tosca, validating request/response behavior across integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear traceability to requirements.
  • Document test plans, test cases and test data sets, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
  • Identify, log and track defects, perform root cause analysis and collaborate with teams to revalidate fixes.
  • Support test optimization efforts through reusable components and automation improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a balance of both test automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, actively contributing to sprint planning and test-driven development.
  • Strong hands-on automation experience with programming skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TOSCA Certification (TA1 or equivalent) or Salesforce Certification such as Administrator.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing, including test planning, execution, UAT and regression testing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and curious, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
