Backend Development Lead

  • To perform comprehensive requirement analysis and create detailed software requirement specifications that meet the needs of our business.
  • To coordinate with the infrastructure team on the implementation of software systems according to requirements, ensuring seamless integration and smooth deployment.
  • To design, develop, and maintain high-quality software programs that meet system requirements, system designs, and specifications, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
  • To propose modifications and improvements to existing systems, enhancing their performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • To design new software components or enhance existing system components, implementing innovative solutions that address emerging business needs.
  • To evaluate systems and processes, ensuring they conform to requirement specifications and industry best practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Responsible for creating and reviewing project documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and test plans, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
